These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tennessee Valley Firearms ("we," "us," or "our") website located at https://tnvfirearms.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We strive to display accurate product information (including colors, sizes, and descriptions), but we do not guarantee that such information is error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we may refuse or cancel the order.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the items. We may accept or reject your order for any reason.
  • Payment is required at the time of order. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Discover, and Visa debit/credit cards.
  • You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy (Section 5).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary by location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics).
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within no more than 30 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tennessee Valley Firearms, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.


13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery, Alabama.


15. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
  • Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
